Cavalor Canada - Who we are

In 1989, Peter Bollen started Cavalor, a Belgian company dedicated to the development of high-grade feed supplements (nutraceuticals) and feeds for the sport horse market. Peter, a horse nutritionist himself, sought the advice of veterinarians and specialists in the field to develop his very innovative concept. Twenty years later, Cavalor is one of the top brands for horse nutrition and care products and is being used by some of the top riders worldwide such as Jos Lansick who, with his magnificent stallion Cavalor Cumano, became World Champion in the show jumping discipline in Aachen in 2006.

At Cavalor Canada, we define ourselves as follows:

  • Our products are proven and used by champions. In its very short existence, Cavalor Canada has been able to partner with world class North American riders who believe in the brand and the effectiveness of its products.   • Our team members are experienced horse people. Cavalor Canada has attracted people with years of experience at the competitive level and years of experience in the breeding and development of sport horses. When you talk to us, you talk to people with in-depth knowledge of equestrian sports and the demands of high-level competition.

  • We use our own products. We believe in our products and, as horse professionals ourselves, we use our own products in the breeding, training and care of our own horses (since all of our team members are actively involved in the horse community). Thus, when you talk to us, you talk to professionals who have first hand experience with our offering.

  • We love horses. At Cavalor, horses are not only a business, they are a love affair. When we recommend a product, we do it not only out of knowledge and experience, but also out of genuine care for these wonderful equine athletes that provide us with so much thrill and joy.
